Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Carefully pack the unopened, original containers in a secure shipping box to prevent damage to the food products during transit.

  Ship to Mother Earth

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to verify their sealed condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
